Michael Yaholnitsky: Owner and Director of Maintenance. Michael cares a great deal about the well-being of the company, its employees and its customers. Michael and Carol operate Miccar Aerial as a family business. Both sons Ian and Devan are involved with the business.

Devan Yaholnitsky: Devan was born and raised in Canora, SK. He grew up around farming and the aerial spray business. He has been actively involved with the airplanes, working as ground crew and support staff. Devan's flying career began in his last year of high school when he completed his private license. The next winter Devan completed his commercial license. In the spring he took the Ag Pilot Training School at Leading Edge Aviation at Yorkton. The summer of 2003 was his first season as an ag pilot. Devan was the recipient of the Ace Award at the CAAA 2005 convention in Vancouver. Devan is in his sixth season with Miccar Aerial.
